Bank holidays : No trainings in Lausanne on bank holidays. You are free to choose another training day which suits you to replace those trainings. Trainings in Morges always take place even on bank holidays. Any changes will be announced by your WhatsApp group.

*Saturday morning schedule. Saturday morning trainings are always in Lausanne except for the following dates where we have a special training in Morges. Spring (6.5. - 10.6. - 1.7.) - Autumn (26.8. - 23.9. - 21.10.)

**The booster is a ultra-efficient 15 minutes bodyweight 'Max Interval Training' of very high intesity. It has been created for advanced who only have a limited amount of time or who want to 'boost' even more. This training is not coached but simply explained and supervised 'from far'. If you do not combine it with the training before, you have to arrive compulsory 15 minutes in advance for a complete 'do it yourself' warm up. This training is only held during mai to july and might be filmed.
