C'est l'été et la saison de grillades. Afin d'éviter le traditionnel chips-saucisses, voici quelques idées de grillades imove-compatible.

Ingrédients

Pour 1 personne:

2 petits maïs

6 champignons de paris

1/2 poivron jaune

1/2 poivron rouge

2 petits blancs de poulet

1 cs moutarde

2 branches de romarin

épices (sel, poivre, paprika, curry, etc..)

Préparation

  • Couper les poivrons en gros morceaux. Enlever les pieds des champignons.
  • Enfiler les champignons et les poivrons sur les tiges de romarin.
  • Mélanger les épices avec la moutarde et tartiner les blancs de poulet.
  • Emporter le tout et griller!
